For festivities, the "Old Barn", rebuilt in 1998, possesses a seating-accomodation up to 250 people when combined with the adjacent ballroom.

   Separated by the partition wall the 
  "Old Barn" also offers seats for smaller  
  parties from 20 to 80 persons.
